Working with us
Every project starts with a single paid sample. You see real work before committing to a batch.
Send a brief
A drawing, reference image, CAD or Rhino file, with size, material, quantity, target budget and deadline.
Bench review
The craftsmen study the design and confirm what can be made before anything is quoted.
Paid sample
We agree the specification, price, revisions and lead time in writing. Work begins after that.
Your approval
You inspect the finished sample and confirm that it meets the agreed specification.
Small batch
Production follows the approved sample. There is no batch commitment before this point.

Common questions
Do you take on large production runs?
Small batches are the best fit for how we work. If your project is larger, tell us the numbers and we will give you a straight answer.
Can you work from our CAD files?
Yes. We accept CAD and Rhino files, and we can 3D-print moulds and cast from them.
Is the sample free?
Samples are paid. The price, revisions and lead time are agreed before work begins.
Can you make only one component of a design?
Yes. A single engraved detail or decorative part is a good way to begin.
Have a piece that needs a specialist hand?
Send a drawing or a CAD file. The bench reviews it first, and any quote follows from that review.
